Vauxhall Astras 3-0 Waverton Hornets

A disappointing result for the Hornets who were hoping to secure a repeat of their win over the Astras earlier in the season. The team lost their shape and suffered as a result of some good finishing by the Astras. The boys did not let there heads dropped and continued to play some good football in the second half and were unlucky to have a goal disallowed which might have got them back in the game at 2-1. As the Hornets continued to press forward in the hope of grabbing a late consolation they were hit on the break by the Astras and they went down 3-0. Jamie Hawthorn was Man of the Match.
